Fair/Fair/Fair/Fair Dr Gouldin & Louisa started for home this morning I went to Mrs S, bars gave Dr some bearded wheat. I prepaired & manured with hen manure for wheat in watermellon patch this evening. Thomasia went to Cedar fork this evening & I went carryed potatoes & bed quilt for Lizzie to quilt. went to Miss Addams to pay her the 2 dollars H gave me for her – saw John Terrell Jas came to night. Sandy walking about. Jas brought the sugar over. 4 lbs.

Foggy Fair/Fair/Fair/Cdy Rain a L Jas went to Mrs Lambies & rented her farm for next year for Ό is to have 1/3 of the frute I went to Cedar fork to carry milk met Lizzie Sandy & child comeing hear Sandy stoped at Mrs S. his brother came up last night going back to day. Lizzie carryed Luty home. Jas went away this evening on way to horse master rode grey mare. I made a rough for wheat in watermellon patch manured it with hen manure Thomasia gone to Mr Saverys Lem Luck came to divide fodder & to cut tobacco hanging up in tobacco house I came back to night I sowed or driled 2 roughs wheat in the watermellon patch first rough Smith wheat one row or second Harris wheat made from one grain. Lewis & Sam Buck went to apple tree in Mrs S. Cate at Mrs L.

Foggy/Cdy/Cdy/Rain hard I started with milk to Cedar fork met Sandy at Mrs Southworths boys brought turkeys home this morning & to night. Lem Luck halled up some tops put up a stack halled up some blade fodder & put it in house I sowed two 2 roughs of wheat in watermellon patch 3rd rough from fence gully wheat 4th rough unknown k. I staked the mair out to day Lem cut & hung tobacco etc {1st row wheat Smith 2nd Harris 3 w gully 4th unknown kind

Lem sent for my gun to shoot a squirl Clark shot twice I went to shoot at him shot twice before I killed him gave him to Clark washed the gun etc etc Sandy came to night.
