Thomasia got a card & Letter the card from H Letter from Lucy Holidy. I manured pear trees with hen manure.

Fain Fair/Fair/Fair/Fair A fox came hear last night a F or owl caught Jas hin by my hen house I sat big steel trap to night for him shelled 2 bu corn boys cutting & malling rails. gone to night to Landora to a party saw 4 men pass hear Cate & Aggy went up Charles L is gone to Mariland to his aunt Cates. Cate is going home next weak. Boys cutting trees in frunt of house bought 1 lb powder for 50 cts - had them charged.
