Cdy cold/Cdy/Cdy/Cdy I spent day at home ice on swamp 3 in thick - Lizzie went to Mrs Southworths came back before night went to Mrs Englans Fannie spent day at Kenidys Linnie at Cedar vale. Fanny Dukes came up & spent day - Fan & Lin came to night -

Cdy Fair/Fair/Fair mild/Fair I caught a mink made a new mash trap bated with 2 rats cutting wood Jas came home with cow from Dr Terells, red & young. Lizzie came home this morning. Edmond Redd & John England are hear on logs talking with Jas E went hunting in Mrs S,

Castle to put corn away we put in all 24 & 1/2 - Mr Walkers boys helped us we dined - there to day. came by Garlands to see about cow left cart at T Castle - Mr Savery came by to get Jas to help put up hog - to night. Pertha S was hear to day & Jeny Lamby caught a Hair Jas cut out 8 hogs gave him some sausage meet.

Snowing a little cold m/Snow/Cdy cold/Fair I feel quite poly to day. Cut down a pine by potatoe hill for wood Jas helped to push it down. Jas halled up 4 lodes corn a little fodder & went to T Castle this evening. Lizzie went to Cedar vale Aggy came with her to night Fannie gone to Mrs Southworth, to night Mr Smith & some one else is there tho got a letter from H. Liz got one from Jim Gwinn. H at Wm Dandridge all sick

E. went home this evening.

Rain/Cdy/Cdy/Cdy Snowed commenced 10 ock snowed 2 to 3 in deep last night then rained & sleeted melting a good deel Mark Hudson came & bought all my minks. fox 1 koon gave me $27.00 gave $4.50 for 18 lbs bees wax 25 cts for pr sox etc Jas & Edmond came with cart brought a lode light wood brought flour from mill he & E halled a lode wood Jas gone with Edmond to night. Sorney is hear. better to night. I gave girls $5.00 gave Thomasia $2.00. Jas $5.00. -

Rain a L/Cdy/Cdy/Cdy Snow melting a good deel south win I sat a mink trap bated with 2 partridge heads Jas killed 2 he went to look for turkeys Agnes Mahon came for a piece beef I saw a fox tracks by ivy hill crossed river on ice we have had 3 ice spells this fall & winter very cold weather - Jas went to Noels this evening for sugar & coffee got my gloves & 2 spring steel trap cost $3.50 cts $1.00 for trap $2.50 for gloves - I set trap by meet house for dog - A cold fall & winter so far 3 ice spells one in fall November 4 ice spells one since Xmas, -
