Mr Satty-white & Harris craming chimney & [help?] box up one side the house Mr Buckhannon came by bought a sow & 2 pigs for $13.00 Lewis Redd came up to ivy hill with a saw for me to whet gave me his file Bob halling dirt to peach trees & lode dirt & lime etc girls went to ivy hill Lizzie went to Landora, with P. S. [Pertha Southworth]

Fair/Rain a L/Cdy/Cdy I went to ivy hill Mr Buckhannon came for Sow & pigs for $13.00 Mr Sattywhite & Harris finished plastering the chimney I let Mong. Reynolds 10 bushels oats at 70 cts pr bu pd for them pd $2.00 the ballance Bob & I set out the peach trees have 3 roes set out. Bob killed snake Jas pd Peter 85 cts for grubing today & part of yesterday – girls came down tonight & w back to Anna, I made 2 benches at ivy H. Bob & John sowed clover seed sowing oats ivy hill by rock spring

I went to Cedar fork got 16 nails of Douglis 16 cts pd him $1.24 cts for B Terrell pd D Chancler $1.60 cts for Allen pd 90 cts for coffee. pd cornelius 25 cts for halling spoke to Decato to work for me tomorrow

Rain a L/Rainy evening/Rain/Rain Mr Sattywhite & boys & I started a galiping [galloping] fence by stable we went to salash for slabs etc we got between 5 & 6 hundred halled 2 loads one hear & 1 to Cedar vale steer gave out etc stoped work about 2 ock or ½ passed one Mr Sw started to Taylors boys went home to Anna, Edmond came up hear this evening – Jas ploughing w Bara & Bill. Mr Sattywhite went home
