Rain/Fair Rain/Cdy/Rain I went to Carmel Bro Ryland is – sick Cary came with us we stoped at Edmonds.

Fair warm d/Fair/Fair/Fair I went to S. w – w, H. had my tobacco soled one hhd soled for 11 dollars & one for 6 ½ makg $135 – 35 cts neal[t] soled by Jeter & Sheppard carryed files to be cut over failed etc pd Dandridge & Anderson $32.20 cts. bought $1.05 cts worth came by Mr Mongumrys & to E Anderson, to stay all night Saml & Milly went to Dr Nelsons to party

Fair/Fair/Fair/Fair cdy I went by E hill to see Mr k about Calf going in his pasture went by L Terrells to L at mule went to B Terrells pd him $50. went by Davy Cobbs & to Mr Noels pd Noel $5. on scooling account spoke to billy about calf Mr Noel came in evening after tobacco let him have 6 ½ lbs for 20 cts a lb $1.30 cts boys thining corn etc
