R, gave letters to 5 colored members Bro R & Ella came to Anna the night H went down with them to Providence appointed a committy to try to get a paster etc James w hunting k 2 H – I got a tub s corn from Bob.

Cdy/Cdy/Fair/Fair H & John & I w Carmel Bro R preached his last sermond as pastor of church John Swan came by & Cary Cary spent night etc

Fair mild day/Fair/Fair/Fair cut out my hogs they weighed 954 lbs heavest weighed 139 lbs & lightest 65 finished corn my part came to 52 ˝ bls in all of Bobs. Jas started to Richmond with Ed Redd’s cow to sell went with E Cobb Joh Swann came hear to night mild day

Edmonds Cows

Snow a l few flakes/Fair very cold & windy/Fair/F John & I went to Edmonds for hollow tree I got one off my land & put it in ice pond commenced stoping it John went to Edmond home he dined hear to day I put on a new pair pants to day – Edmond brought his cows up hear to stay a while for the milk put them under the shelter tonight.
