Anderson to day they speak of mooving to independence [Texas] a small town Cary & John went to Bro Saml, H & James went to E hill Bob rakg wheat land on swamp E field {faning wheat 170 bu in all rakg wheat land

Fair/Cdy/Cdy/Cdy  I Sowed 2 bushels Medertaranean wheat at E field on ditch the other side put falks in the ground for stack frame John & Saml came I went hunting with them Sam & John killed several birds John carryed Darn home with him this evening Thomasia & H went to mill H went to Mr Dickinsons Llewellyn has a gun he bought pd $20. for it. Sam had it to day Dr G sole Charles for $600. {Sowed 2 bu wheat & raked it in opened the water furrows etc pu[t] in 9 falks & ramed them dug some holes etc burning brush worming tobacco

Mrs Woolfolk was there & her case was discust. but few persons the[y] presented me with deed for the hall lot Mrs Southworth spent the day hear Joh S, is hear Edmond R sent for 30 bushels oats at 40 cts a bu {finished covering stack frame made one by corn house & covered it cut some tobacco halling poles etc wood etc sent corn to mill etc halled some fodder sowed 1 bushel wheat rakg in & rakg etc

Terrell hair hunting {Bob sowed 2 1/2 bu wheat rakg in etc halled a lode wood cut some tobacco hung up the – tobacco that was cut stacked fodder at E hill tops one stack sent cow to T Castle cleaning out ditch
