Lanzy laid up to day pain in nick etc Edmond came & dined Lowerys horse I got a letter from John Thomas, Tanner Mr Derkins came to rent corn land etc etc {shelled corn sent to mill sowed 6 bu oats ploughing & rakg in 3 p 2 single ploughed squair in garden manured it halling rails etc put straw in rack & halled a lode for mules etc |

I received a letter from Cousin Edmond Morris stateing that I was not to pay Anna the money. Mr Clemont Harris came he is commissiant merchant paid Bro Duke $2.00 paid Fleming farish $8.25 cts shoe account sent to Providence for flour etc sent to Mrs Burruss for Dr Lin to see John is poly sent Anna my letter to night {sent corn to mill for Sally 1 1/2 bu striping tobacco out of corn house halling wood & rails cutting & malling etc etc |
