Rain mild/Fair day/Fair mil ["day" lined out]/Fair I have been poorly all day went to – Locus Grove burning grubing etc I went to see Washing Dickinsons to borrow some money saw him Gatewood John Watkins & others Thomasia went to E hill this evening John Swann has not moved killed mink on meadow {shelled corn a little ploughing at Locus Grove grubing cutting apple trees etc down halling rails malling etc

Fair mild & pretty day/F/FairFair  I commenced sowing oats by the grave yard 6 bu sent to store to get lines had none. patching up garden & ploughed 2 squairs took up parsnips etc H went to E hill – spent the day – I have a very sick sheep. Lanzy laid up to day pain in nick etc Edmond came & dined Lowerys horse I got a letter from John Thomas, Tanner Mr Derkins came to rent corn land etc etc {shelled corn sent to mill sowed 6 bu oats ploughing & rakg in 3 p 2 single ploughed squair in garden manured it halling rails etc put straw in rack & halled a lode for mules etc

I staked the line off for Mr Taylor I patched up garden put in a post etc planting peas etc – Joh Swann came to borrow cart etc (I have a sick sheep) {sowing oats 7 bushels rakg with Oxen grubing cutting & malling rails gardning etc

I received a letter from Cousin Edmond Morris stateing that I was not to pay Anna the money. Mr Clemont Harris came he is commissiant merchant paid Bro Duke $2.00 paid Fleming farish $8.25 cts shoe account sent to Providence for flour etc sent to Mrs Burruss for Dr Lin to see John is poly sent Anna my letter to night {sent corn to mill for Sally 1 1/2 bu striping tobacco out of corn house halling wood & rails cutting & malling etc etc

Mr Southworth borowed yoke oxen, saw Mr C Harris to night. Mr S was hear this – evening. {sent to Providence for 4 lodes straw cutting & malling rails, halling wood, fencing by Anna, garden
