Rain the most of the day cool day shelling corn Bob cut out a back band and leather to patch the others working on them etc etc Old Mr Wm W Dickinson died this morning his funeral is to be preached by Bro W F Broaddus tomorrow evening 3 ock. shelling corn mending the plough gear etc

Fair a cool day Thomasia & I went to Ma, I rode to out gate to look at my tobacco the girls went to Carmel no preaching they went to the funeral of Mr Dickinson Mr Talley went from Ma,s home pulling fodder etc

Fair cool morning I helped to make a stall at cow pen to put washington ox in. gathered some apples & carryed them to shop Thomasia went to to Mr Southworths in evening James W Turners sale too[k] place to day at Oxfoard I hear fallowing by old dabs made stall for ox pulling fodder etc

Anna pushed July Ann out yesterday put up 3 stacks fodder & finished pulling
