Shower this evening working on house plaining flowring girls came up from Dr Gouldin ploughing & working corn by cow pen worked beats etc Mama hired Quarles for 40.

Fair, cool day, went to the mill had baruch iron welded & step bolt tap made etc mended harness etc notifyed the hands to work on the road – ploughing & weeding corn by Cobbs

Fair, cool worked on road – finished weeding corn by – Cobbs weeding potatoes etc Sister Sarah Lucy & Mary Renny dined hear Ann & Emily came to Mama, this evening

Fair cool day we went to Dr Gouldins Llewellyn went to T. Castle ploughing potatoes at new garden weeding etc commenced cutting my Rye

Rain a little Dr Gouldin & I went to old Mr Gouldins & spent the day went to the Dr, in the evening cutting rye finished cutting

Fair we went to Mr Gouldins & dined

Fair cool morning lent Sister Sarah & Lucy Redd my Baruch to go to Mr Pleasants, sent for Dr Anderson to see Moriah Mr Tate cutting wheat cut till 8 or 9 oclock with Bob weeding potatoes new ground in garden ploughed peas & potatoes etc commenced throwing durt to the corn

Shower this evening I went to Mr Buttlers hired a han to cut wheat commenced about 9 oclock Ben Vass & Lucius commenced cutting about 1 oclock hired a free woman & hire Mr Thacker commenced at 12 oclock loss 1 hour by rain – Lin & Tom came to my barn to night – Katy had a child Boy

Commenced raining a little to night a fair warm day I cleaned up at my barn & commenced halling up my seed wheat around the house halled up 3 loads put the seed to the 4th raf or joice to the wheat hopper -

A few drops rain this evening ploughing this morning – hall up wheat 5 loads put it in the barn halled a load rye sent 250 heads wheat – Mr Wm Noell came to Llewellyn to go to scool sow has pigs Cobbs sow

Fair warm day Lin came by & dined we went over to his house spent the night finished haling the wheat from all about the house 4 loads cut my gully wheat 6 shocks cut 95 heads the mamoth wheat

Fair we went to Bro Sams & dined came home to night saw Tom & H A Anderson & Lins

Fair warm day halling wheat putting it under barn shed – 7 or 8 loads cut a large bundle wheat the moth – wheat William Noell came by

Fair warm day finished halling up my wheat by my barn 4 loads finished the rye 3 loads 1 stack working the sweet potatoes

Fair very warm day I halled up my gully wheat 6 shocks cut a bundle of the mamouth rubed out a part Thomasia & children went to John Dickinsons spent the evening ploughing corn by Bh. [black heart?] cherry tree weeding potatoes etc

Raining at this time Thomasia & I went to T Castle thomasia spent the day went for her this evening finished ploughing corn by Canfields with 4 furrows ploughed the corn by turnip patch. weeding potatoes sweet

Shower or two to day – a food rain last night a great deel of thunder & lightning very war, set out cymblains & potatoes ploughed water mellon – patch thining corn etc commenced ploughing by Cobbs throwing the dirt put 4 pigs in pen by the dary
