Fair I went to Richmond on the cars. Bob rakeing sent 5 bu of wheat to sow Mr Vass is sowing. finished halling up corn choping around the stumps |

Fair I spent the Day in Richmond Pd Mrs S Redd 25 dollars for last years rent building the [kit? – text missing] in pays for the year before grubing around the stumps and takeing up bushes etc George is lade up Mr Vass sowed some wheat |

Fair Mr Vass came for the black steer Hacket & I went hunting I killed a turkey killed 2 birds finished sowing wheat by Cobbs sowed 3 bush & a peck Joh ploughing & rakeing borrowed 1/2 bu of wheat of Mama halling wood rails etc pulling of corn etc washed my gun to night |

Rainy I went hunting saw 4 turkeys below the big rock We went to T. Castle in the morning – finished the wheat – choping around the stumps grubing up the bushes etc pulling off corn etc |

Fair cold morning ice on the swamps etc sent to T. Castle for 20 rail rode bags faned out my wheat put 14 bu in the bags to got to Richmond – sent 5 1/2 bushels of wheat to the mill carry my cart to have the body bolted on |

Fair Thomasia & I went to see N Luck to day malling rails pulling off corn etc I went over the river to look for the turkeys carryed Thad Bro Saml came over this evening got his black in and caps. |

Fair mild I went to the Depot sent 1/4 bu of wheat to Depot I had a pair pants cut out & bought 25 cts worth scraps of Allen malling rails finished pulling of the corn etc Katy lade up sent to the mill for the flour carryed corn & cotton I had 2 irons made to go on cart body 2 bolts etc [sketch of layout of a house, indicated Parler, chaim, Paging room, privet [privy]] |

Fair finished housing my corn made 36 bls by Cobbs 27 bls for my part. put away the shucks malling rails cutting etc killed 3 birds made about 66 bls of corn in all or more sent George to Mr Buttlers for 5 gal vinegar sent 1 dollar & a quarter |
