Rain in the evening ploughing corn peas etc finished weding cotton and potatoes sweet Dr Gouldin came for the land tax I planted some apricot seed

Rain a little in the evening I went to Degannatte, to by 10 bu corn bought at 2 $ a barrell. Weeding potatoes ploughing potatoes etc sent my cutting knife to mill for Winston to alter it etc

Rain a little to day weeding potatoes nearly finished worked the tobacco by the shop ploughing pumpkins commenced I walked to the mill

Fair I went to Dugarnattes for 5 bls of corn pd 10 $ for it Miss H Anderson & Louisa came finished weeding the tobacco and pumpkin patch ploughing corn Canfield pointed 2 ploughs

Fair warm day I wed over the yard commenced stacking oats put up a large stack ploughing corn weeding etc I turned my calvs in Mama,s pasture.

Fair very warm sent corn to the mill and brought my cutting knife home botched up ploughing finished on the right side of the path weeding corn I am about a cart body for Mike etc

Fair cdy morning Wash went home this evening about 2 hours by the sun ploughing weeding corn this morning halling oats put up 2 stacks ruffle oats all grone on my land working on cutting knife

Fair warm ploughing in the morning weeding or choping corn halling oats put up 2 stacks halled all of of Anna, lot land Linnaeus came to see the children John and Louisa dined hear to day finished the cutting knife made a yoke for Mama

Rain a good one this evening Thomasia dined at J Dickinson’s I went over in the evening Mr & Mrs Cizer spent the evening cutting hay etc sent to T. Castle for 3 bushels of wheat red wheat sent to mill etc

Rain a little very warm Miss D & Mrs Dandridge & H. Anderson spent the day hear to day I pulled 2 water mellons had 3 to day to eat Wash came to day about Eleven Oc finished cutting hay chopping corn etc

Fair I went to the Bever Dam Depot for a pair of shoes I bought a pair gave $1.50. had a pair for Thomasia made went by Dr Goulding,s ploughed the sweet potatoes and warked them over commenced the cotton suckering the tobacco

Rainy evening a heavy rain and east wind blows very hard wed over the cotton sowed turnip seed in the cotton patch and potatoe patch suckered the tobacco ploughing the potatoes Linnaeus came for my barush and mare to go for Olivia washed {Wash?] worked till 1 or 2 hours S {?}

Fair cool day moved the cow pen ploughed it up sowed turnip seed etc halling hay to the barn shocking it up etc sent a stock to mill for scantling etc W Dandridge came by this evening

Fair We went to Cty Line to a protracted meeting Bro Lewis preached in the morning Bro Powel in the evening a great many persons at meeting
